Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation:
Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Get medical advice/ attention.
Skin contact:
Take off contaminated clothing. Wash with plenty of soap and water immediately. If skin irritation occurs, get medical advice/ attention.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Eye contact:
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Get medical advice/attention immediately.
Ingestion:
Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep head low. Immediate transport to hospital. Rinse mouth. Get medical advice/ attention immediately.
Expected Immediate and delayed symptoms:
Inhalation: dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea.
Skin contact: skin dryness, redness.
Eye contact: redness, pain.
Ingestion: urtication, stomachache, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea.
Most important symptoms/ effects, acute and delay:
No information.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media:
Small fire: carbon dioxide, dry powder, foam, water spray.
Large fire: water spray or fog, foam.
Unsuitable extinguish media:
Water jet.
Specific hazards:
Very low flash point.
Causes explosion of container by heating.
Causes generation of irritative, toxic, or corrosive gas.
Specific extinguish method:
Do fire-extinguish work from upwind.
If possible, remove containers exposed to heat or cool with water.
After extinguishing, fully cools container with a plenty of water.
Special protective action for fire-fighters:
Use suitable air-supplied respirator and protective equipments (ex. chemical resistance suit) during fire-fighting.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
Do not touch spills or walk in it.
Immediately, isolate a suitable distance as danger area for all directions.
Keep out unauthorized person.
Avoid contact to eye or skin and inhalation of gas by using suitable protective equipment. (see “EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION” on this Safety Data Sheet)
Do not touch a damaged container and spills without wear a suitable protective equipment.
If not fire, wear a high-sealing and impermeable protective suit.
Keep personal move upwind.
Keep away lowlands.
Ventilate before enter confined spaces.
Environmental precautions:
Do not allow to enter drains, watercourses etc.
Warm against causing influence to environment by discharge.
Avoid release to the environment.
Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up:
Absorb small quantities with sand, earth or absorbent material. Collect in closed containers, then dispose it later. (For waste disposal see “DISPOSAL CONSIDERATION” on this Safety Data Sheet.)
Use clean and non-sparking tool or equipment.
Prevent to outflow large quantities by bund. Lead to safety area, and collect.
Stop leak if safe to do so.
Earth all equipment.
Use the vapor control foam to decrease vapor concentration.
Remove all ignition sources (avoid smoking, naked lights or flame).
Prevent inflow at drain, sewer, basement, or closing place.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling:
Take appropriate engineering measures and use personal protective equipment (see “EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION” on this Safety Data Sheet).
Mechanical ventilation is required in area (see “EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION” on this Safety Data Sheet).
Get instructions manual before use.
Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understand.
Keep away heat, spark or flames.
Protect containers against physical damage.
Avoid contact with skin, inhalation of vapors and swallow.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
Use in a well-ventilated area or outdoors.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling.
Avoid release to the environment.
Prevent handling incompatible substances or mixtures (see “STABILITY AND REACTIVITY”on this Safety Data Sheet).
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibility:
Make wall, pillar and floor from fire-resistant structure. Make beam from nonflammable material.
Make roof of storage place from nonflammable material. Do not prepare ceiling.
Make the floor of storage place from un-permeating materials
Attach suitable inclination and appropriate reservoir.
Attach suitable lighting and ventilator required handling.
Keep away ignition sources like heat, spark or flames. No smoking.
Store away from oxidizing reagent (see “STABILITY AND REACTIVITY”).
Store away from sunlight and flame.
Store in tightly closed container in a cool andwell-ventilated place.
Lock and keep it.
Use container specified with transportation regulation.

Stability and reactivity
Reactivity:
Reactive with oxidizing materials. Reacts with moisture and water gradually.
Chemical stability:
Product is considered stable under normal temperature conditions.
Reacts with moisture or water will cause quality deterioration, but it will not be hazardous.
Possibility of hazardous reactions:
Hazardous reaction will not occur.
Reaction with oxidizing reagent is hazardous.
Condition to avoid:
High temperature.
Incompatible materials:
Oxidizing agents, strong alkalis, strong acids.
Hazardous decomposition products:
Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide may be formed by heating and fire.
Disposal considerations
Dispose of waste and residues according to agreement with local authorities.
