Cologne, 23 January 2013
EASA and ECHA organised a workshop on the interfaces between airworthiness requirements and REACH authorisation in Cologne on 23 January 2013. Some 40 participants from aviation industry, the regulators and industry stakeholders participated.
The aim of the workshop was to further clarify
- the purpose and practical implementation of the different steps of the authorisation process under REACH and
- identify how the authorisation requirements may interact with airworthiness requirements.
