Draft update of substance evaluation planning for 2014-2016

ECHA has prepared a proposal to update the Community rolling action plan (CoRAP) for 2014-2016. The draft update contains 125 substances that are proposed for review by 22 Member States under the substance evaluation process of REACH. It contains 56 newly selected substances and 69 substances that come from the update published on 20 March 2013.

NGO-ECHA Discussion Platform – meeting note and presentations available online

In the third meeting of the platform, NGO stakeholders and ECHA discussed substitution with a focus on the role of ECHA in promoting substitution and a status update on the SVHC roadmap for 2020. ECHA also presented the state of play of its approach to dissemination and confidentiality, and the on-going work to improve the search for chemicals on ECHA's website. The meeting was held in Helsinki on 25 September.
