Previous consultations on proposals for new POPs

There have been consultations in the EU for substances that are expected to be or have already been proposed for listing as POPs under the Stockholm Convention , which are now closed. These substances are listed in the table below together with the relevant draft reports.

The EU will consider stakeholders’ comments at relevant stages of the process under the Convention. These include the preparation and the review of a proposal for listing a chemical as a POP.
