The Agency will be closed from 23 December to 3 January 2021. 

Helsinki, 17 December 2020 – ECHA services will be closed from noon on 23 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, including the switchboard. Operations will continue from 4 January 2021.

Our contact forms remain open, but limited Helpdesk support will be available during this period, and therefore there may be delays in providing replies to your enquiries.

You can continue to submit through ECHA’s IT tools (REACH-IT, R4BP 3, ePIC and the ECHA Submission portal) as they will remain open throughout this period.
