News Alert

Media enquiries: ECHA Press
ECHA has published a Fact Sheet to explain how you can avoid blocking your REACH-IT account and how to proceed if your REACH-IT account is blocked. For security reasons ECHA has limited the number of attempts for users to login to REACH-IT. After five attempts the account will be blocked.
Helsinki, 05 November 2010 - You can avoid blocking your REACH-IT account by requesting the REACH-IT system to reset your password in case you may have forgotten it. If the account is blocked there are different ways, depending on your role as a REACH-IT user to re-open it. This process is described in detail in a Fact Sheet that is now available on ECHA's web site.
